SMW Tax Advisory Sp. z o.o. Tax Advisory Company is a group of dynamic professionals in the field of tax law. The company was established by Sabina Moczko-Wdowczyk – a tax advisor with many years of experience, previously cooperating with Rödl&Partner and Deloitte, co-founder and long-term President of the Management Board of Tax Advisors Group Sp. z o.o.
The company was joined by a group of professionals previously forming the core of Sabina Moczko-Wdowczyk’s team at Tax Advisors Group, headed by tax advisor Anna Michalak. Along with her, the company’s partners also included: Joanna Roszak, Piotr Adamiak, Krzysztof Olbrycht and Grzegorz Pawlik, professionals with extensive experience in multiple tax issues.
The primary objective of the partners is to create a creative but also friendly – for employees and customers alike – place where professionalism and knowledge are combined with trust based on long-term, professional and personal cooperation.

Sabina Moczko-Wdowczyk
Partner / CEO / Tax Advisor
Founder of the Company. Tax advisor with 25 years of experience in tax law.
She co-founded Tax Advisors Group Sp. z o.o. with great success and served as Partner and long-standing President of the Management Board of this renowned company.
She graduated in international trade from the Poznań University of Economics and studied at the Humboldt University in Berlin. She also gained professional experience working for the consulting firms Roedl & Partner, where she headed the tax advisory department, and Deloitte.
Lecturer at postgraduate studies at the Wrocław University of Economics. For many years an associate of renowned training companies, including the Accountants Association in Poland, lecturer at scientific conferences for statutory auditors and other professional groups. Author and co-author of numerous publications (articles, book positions) on tax issues.
She specialises in VAT, corporate income tax, taking into account international tax law.
She is fluent in English and German, which enables her to communicate effectively in an international business environment.
Anna Michalak
Partner / Attorney / Tax Advisor
Tax advisor with 12 years of experience in the field of tax law.
Previously Senior Manager at Tax Advisors Group. Sp. z o.o. She also gained experience at TLA Smoczyński Koniewski Doradztwo Podatkowe Sp. z o.o., Accounting Audyt Partner Sp. z o.o. S.K. (Impel Group), GIA Goldenstein International Advisors Spółka Doradztwa Podatkowego Sp. z o.o. (in Berlin and Wrocław).
Lecturer at postgraduate studies at the Wrocław University of Economics.
Long-time associate of renowned training companies, including the Association of Accountants in Poland, Wektor Wiedzy, Konsult.
She specialises in VAT and income tax issues, assists clients with restructuring and represents them before tax authorities and administrative courts.
She advises in Polish, German and English.
Joanna Roszak
Partner
Expert dealing with tax law issues for 17 years.
She is a graduate of the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Her experience in the area of tax law includes working for renowned companies such as Rödl and Partner, Deloitte and Tax Advisors Group sp. z o.o.. As a Senior Manager at Tax Advisors Group sp. z o.o., she specialised in providing services to foreign companies.
Her main area of specialisation is VAT and international tax law issues. Currently, she also focuses on supporting clients in complying with Mandatory Disclosure Rules (MDR) and withholding tax obligations.
Provides advice in Polish, English and German.
Piotr Adamiak
Partner
Specialist with more than 13 years of experience in the field of Polish and international tax law, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
Previously a Manager at Tax Advisors Group Sp. z o.o. He also gained experience in the Tax Chamber in Poznań and the Institute of Tax Studies Modzelewski and Partners.
Co-operator of training companies, including Tax Advisors Group Sp. z o.o. or the Accountants Association in Poland. Author of publications on tax law (Rzeczpospolita, Finanse Publiczne, Biuletyn ISP).
He deals with legal and taxation issues, mainly in the field of income taxes, local taxes and fees, with particular emphasis on real estate tax and excise tax. As part of his professional career, he has been involved in numerous proceedings related to real estate taxation.
He advises in Polish and English.
Grzegorz Pawlik
Partner
He has over 18 years of experience in tax law including international tax law.
He has gained most of his experience working in the internal structures of entities operating in the financial market, including managing tax departments. He has extensive experience in the legal and tax aspects of the functioning of financial and capital markets, including in particular the activities of banks, investment funds and other participants from the industries operating in these markets. He has participated in a number of projects on the tax aspects of the functioning of the financial industry, including financial market instruments. He has taken an active part in consultations on changes to tax legislation relating to the financial market.
Since September 2020, he has been associated with Tax Advisors Group Sp. z o.o., where, as a Manager, he was in charge of supporting clients from various sectors of the economy.
He deals with legal and tax issues primarily in the field of income taxes, VAT in domestic transactions, as well as tax issues of business restructuring.
Provides advice in Polish and English.
Krzysztof Olbrycht
Partner
Graduate of the University of Wrocław. He started his adventure with taxes at the Wrocław Psie Pole Tax Office, gaining further professional experience as a member of the tax section of listed companies and of the German consulting firm Rӧdl & Partner. Earlier, as a Manager at Tax Advisors Group Sp. z o.o., he supported Polish and foreign companies in the field of transfer pricing policy creation, creation of local transfer pricing documentation, comparative analyses or group Masterfile documentation.
As part of his work to date, he has participated in a number of proceedings, audits on the subject of transfer pricing and the practical implementation of MAP and APA procedures.
He specialises in personal income tax issues, but his main field of interest is in the area of transfer pricing.
He advises in Polish and English.
